Basis of Publishing Agreement to a frame of reference whereby:

• Copyright to remain with Author.
• John Fish B.Sc. Publishers of Tenby in Wales, to have world-wide English and Welsh Language Paperback and Online Rights; the novel to be published as a Star of Pembrokeshire Series Paperback.
• The Novel to be marketed in a similar fashion to Preseli Bluestones by Sion Pysgod, including promotion on this, the publisher's John Fish B.Sc. Publishers of Tenby in Wales, Web Site.
• The Novel to be simultaneously published in Paperback and on-line, on the Internet, on the Preseli Bluestones Internet Subscription Channel.
• On a Novel being first printed then initially Author to receive ten copies for personal use.
• On a Novel, published by John Fish B.Sc. Publishers of Tenby in Wales, having sold 1000 (one-thousand) copies then payment to begin with the Author to receive £1 (one Pound Sterling) for each further copy sold; payment to be on a quarterly basis.
• Hardback, Film, TV, Radio, Stage, Merchandising, Translation Rights to remain with the Author.
• Public Lending Right Scheme payments to remain with Author.
